Patent Rules

Effective April 2, 2007, the Northern District of Texas adopted Miscellaneous Order No. 62 setting forth procedures to control management of patent cases in the Dallas Division of the Northern District of Texas (the “Patent Rules”).

Effective November 17, 2009, the Northern District of Texas amended Miscellaneous Order No. 62.
